Life is a Journey

Sometimes it feels all uphill, other times it may be seem easy going.

The road we travel is sometimes bumpy and we feel every stone under our feet. Other times its smooth and well tarred not a bump in sight.

Sometimes we may feel lost with just a tiny sense of direction and other times we are completely lost, wandering around hoping someone or something can show us the way.

That’s life, it really is a journey.

With awareness all you need to know is that wherever you are that’s where you need to be in that moment at that time.

Once you accept where you are, only then can you decide where you want to be moving forward. If you don’t like where you are, or where you are going, change direction.

But always remember to look around at the scenery -that’s where many of the answers lie.

It’s also where other travelers may be able to guide you or provide answers.

At the end of the day we all have the same final destination.

Appreciate the journey you are on right now (wherever you may be).

If you are on the hard bumpy part, just know the road changes. The experience gained from the bumpy road is immeasurable as you trek on through.

Make those memories, take in the sights, sounds, smells and feels.

Wherever you are is exactly where you need to be.

Once you accept that, you then have a choice which foot to put forward and in what direction.
